Technical AI Safety Fellowship — AI Safety Association at NJIT

We’re running a 4-week fellowship exploring the main fields in technical AI safety. Fellows will discuss the technical challenges in understanding, supervising, and aligning the goals of increasingly capable AI systems.

Through 2-hour facilitated reading and discussion sessions, fellows will learn about:

AI control
Scalable oversight
Mechanistic interpretability
AI evaluations
Opportunities and careers in technical AI safety

Applications for this program are open to students who have completed the Intro to AI Safety Fellowship or have equivalent knowledge of AI safety concepts.
